Project description
In this PhD, the aim is to build a laser-scanning microscope setup enabling measurement of nanoparticles at the particle-to-particle level. With this setup, a number of investigations will be carried out with relevance for biomedical applications. Firstly, the heterogeneity of lipid nanoparticles will be assessed. And, secondly, the number of Laminin bound to virus-like nanoparticles will be measured
