Project description
Tomato roots are continuously challenged by RKNs in their rhizosphere. The establishment of relationships with RKNs heavily relies on protein-protein interactions between parasite and host. To investigate this process, the project couples Y2H-Seq with TurboID-MS to map the protein interaction network responsible for the response of tomato roots and to identify key elements within this network.
