The CRISParray platform provides solutions for both the targeting and phenotypic drug discovery pipelines. In this application, we will focus on the target discovery pipeline. On the scientific side, we aim to have a use case in the field of immunotherapy, to convince potential customers. In addition, they want to develop the necessary software to become a solution provider. At the same time, one builds on the existing IP/knowledge portfolio. On the business side, the entire workflow will be adapted to the services one plans to offer.
One will evaluate lead times, risks and develop a composite analysis report. One will make 2 service offerings: one as a data provider, one as a full solution provider and calculate prices for each. One will conduct a major market research, identify customer potential on an annual basis, identify leads from both industry partners and drug discovery centers, refine the business plan and test the business plan with potential investors.
