Project description

In this study we will analyse the relation between ethylene, brassinosteroid and auxin pathways in dark grown Arabidopsis seedlings. Kinematic phenotypic analysis of the development of mutants in all three pathways, in presence or absence of agonists or inhibitors of the other pathways will be used to study whether and to which extent the pathways are interdependent.
