This project was embedded in the work of Human Rights and Migration Law Clinic of Ghent Unviersity, during 3 academic years (Oct 2022- July 2025).

It specifically focused on taking action against discrimination. The Clinic builds on expertise that has been established through many years of research in this field by members of the Human Rights Centre of Ghent University, complemented by its practical experience and expertise in legal action through the clinical work in the past years.

This project focused on strategic litigation aganist discrimination and on knowledge exchange with regard to strategic ligtigation among others in a clinical laegal education context.
