Project description

We will evaluate non-viral delivery systems for mRNA vaccination against cancer in mouse-models. Therefore, we will first study the biodistribution, the level and the kinetics of the gene expression of mRNA/liposome or mRNA/polymer complexes in mice. Additionally, the immunological response and tumor growth will be evaluated after the delivery of a mRNA vaccine complexed with the most efficient non-viral delivery system.
