Project description
The project aims at (i) developing several building blocks to realize photonic integrated circuits and sensors in glass making use of femtosecond laser inscription technology and (ii) combining these into 2 demonstrators to highlight the capabilities of the technology platform. A temperature-compensated strain sensor and a differential pressure sensor will be realized and fully characterized.
