VLIR-UOS funding will accelerate the institutional capacity, staff experience exchange, skills and knowledge generation between MMU and Flanders, It will help MMU infuse instructional technologies throughout the courses curricula and community outreach learning, thus increasing its educational capacity. Additionally, it will help consolidate the strong linkage between academic activities, community leaders or private sector through conduction of on-field action based research with communities in agriculture, health and environment conservation. VLIR-UOS funding will help MMU to bring additional funding from central and local governments, other government agencies and other international donors to strengthen teaching, research capacity, community services delivery, Information Technology (IT) innovation, staff exchanges and onther collaborative linkages.
