Project description

A microarry screen for primary target genes of he Wnt/b-catenin pathway was conducted in several organs of the model organismWenopus. We identified several putative target genes that will be functionally analyzed in this project. We will focus on genes involved in human colon cancer. Several mouse tumor models will be used in this project.
