Through the use of different mutants of RIPK1, we will determine the mechanisms involved in the immunogenicity of necroptosis. Moreover, we will also evaluate whether these RIPK1 mutants have an impact on the release of danger signals or cytokine by the cells, and what is their role in the modulation of the tumor microenvironment.
