intestinal cell cultures toxicokinetics mycotoxins LC-MS/MS mycotoxin detoxifying agents
Project description

The in vitro models concern cytotoxicity and permeability studies using intestinal cell cultures and intestinal explants. The in vivo modelling is mainly based on toxicokinetical studies in pigs and poultry. Both efficacy, mycotoxin binding or biotransforming ability, and safety, interaction with drug absorption, is of interest.
