Project description
Phosphorylation-mediated signalling cascades control plant growth and stress response. I generated an interactome for the hardly explored MITOGEN-ACTIVATED PROTEIN KINASE KINASE KINASE KINASEs (MAP4Ks) and I am unravelling the role of selected MAP4Ks in plant growth and response to stress. In addition, I am investigating the role of the F-box protein SLOMO in root gravitropic responses and hypocotyl growth.
