Landmarks are essential orientation points to make navigation as efficient as possible. The project comprises four objectives: determine whether characteristics of outdoor landmarks are valid indoor, study the impact of the building on the use of landmarks, observe the role of gender, age and familiarity with the building and to examine different methods for identifying landmarks.
