Project description
UPSFC is comparable with HPLC but mainly uses supercritical CO2 as mobile phase, resulting in upto 98% reduction in the use of organic solvents. Moreover, UPSFC has a different selectivity than HPLC, making it complementary to the existing HPLC equipment in the lab. The UPSFC will, amongs others, be used in methods where problems are encountered with HPLC.
