Project description

Inappropriate immune activation can lead to inflammation and autoimmune diseases. MALT1 is an intracellular protease that plays a key role in antigen receptor induced signaling in lymphocytes. However, the physiological role of MALT1 in disease development is still largely unknown. The objective of this project is to tackle this by use of genetically modified mouse models.
