Project description

The project consists of 2 subdivisions. Firstly a method will be developed to test food products for the presence of VTEC and consequently to isolate VTEC from positive samples. Secondly available isolates (animals, food products and humans) will be characterized to detect genetic relations which may help in tracking possible contamination routes.
