Project description

QKI modulates RNA splicing and deregulation of its expression has been associated with

tumorigenesis in several cancers. However, the contribution of QKI to T-cell lymphoblastic leukaemia

(T-ALL) is largely unknown. Here, we investigate QKI expression in T-ALL samples and identify QKI

targets in the context of T-cells. Using T-ALL cell lines we then characterize splicing changes relevant

to T-cell biology.
