Project description
The main focus of the research proposal is on the personnel planning phase when executing projects. First, we want to determine how to staff projects efficiently. A decision should be made on the start times of the project activities and the team. Secondly, we want to roster the set of workers taking into account the costs and personal job satisfaction.
