Project description

IMSFood is a Transnational Collective Research Project-CORNET. The objective of IMSFood project is to develop an innovative and sustainable management system for food SMEs to reduce costs and maintain quality. The final outcome of the project is a tailor made toolbox and framework to implement different cost reduction techniques in an SME environment. The toolbox has been developed based on multiple case studies and active discussion with the companies.
