During the short training initiative the participants will be familiarised wit all the avaible techniques for waste treatment and will be given detailed information about some particular techniques, whether or not combined with energy production, which allow recycling of parts of the waste. Attention will also be paid to the inappropriate storage of obsolete pesticides, the transboundary movement of hazardous waste and the uncontrolled dismantling of old ships and E-waste.
