MAPPIT
Project description
Protein-protein interactions are important for many cellular processes. Changes in the protein network can play a role in disease development. The generation of a trustworthy complete protein-protein interaction network will be very valuable. With an in-house developed protein-protein detection method, MAPPIT, we can study at large scale interactions in living mammalian cells.
