Project description

The combination of quantitative and qualitative increasing of policy-orientated and fundamental scientifique research has led to the fact that the organizational limits of the research within the (actual) consortium are acquired. De facto, there is insufficient space and coordination to be able to take the next step in the scientific development of the consortium: preparing thoroughly and leading larger projects (such as the European framework programs, GOAs).
In addition, the current situation does not allow us to conceptualize and set up large databases and longitudinal studies (via channels such as HERCULES), although the substantial added value of this would be very big and an important and essential step for the further growth of the consortium.
