Project description

In this multi-disciplinary project, we will pioneer the development of single-cell and spatial omics technologies to improve our understanding of the spatial organization and functioning of tissues in steady-state and disease. By combining recent breakthroughs in single-cell and spatial omics with state-of-the-art bioinformatics and artificial intelligence approaches, our consortium will further position Ghent University at the forefront of single-cell biology.
