Project description

The IsoFlux System is designed for the enrichment of rare cells and is already applied for the isolation of circulating tumor cells. As such, it would also be suitable for the isolation of low abundant fetal cells from the maternal circulation and could help in the further characterization of these cells and the search for more specific fetal markers.
