Project description

Nanocrystals are a form of matter for which single atoms can determine performance. Exploiting the emerging convergence between colloidal synthesis and atomic layer deposition, Single Atoms Matter aims at establishing synthetic triggers to selectively promote nucleation and growth as a toolkit for atomic precision in nanocrystal synthesis. These triggers will be applied for forming tailor-made nanocrystals for opto-electronics and catalysis.
