Project description
This project examines the EU's development policy profile by analyzing its role in the OECD-DAC, by examining the EU's internal convergence in the OECD-DAC, whether the EU is a OECD-DAC norm maker and how these dimensions relate. This research fills an academic void and contributes to the debate whether/how speaking with one voice does/doesn't increase the EU's external impact.
