the research project identifies and evaluates the coordinating and conflicting interacton between the European harmonization of the supervisory regulation of financial institutions and the diverse aspects and elements of the as such not harmonized legal relationship between these service providers and their clients, with special attention for the influence of the draft common frame of reference on financial provate law.
