Project description

The rate, extent and region-selectivity of CPP brain penetration will be quantitatively determined. The most representive CPPs will be selected and coupled to BBB-homing peptides. Then a LC-MS method will be developed and evaluated to quantify CPPs. Finally different techniques will be applied to quantify the selective brain interaction and uptake in cell and mouse models.
