Project description

Many plant hormones regulate the elongation of plant cells and organs. They include auxins, gibberellins, brassinosteroids and ethylene. Since the effects of these hormones have a phenotypic overlap, it is probable that they interact at the molecular level. The aim of this project is to unravel this cross-talk between hormones, that eventually lead to regulation of elongation in seedlings.
