Project description

In the proteomics research field proteome quantification is often used to normalize biological samples before LC-MS/MS analysis. Current techniques available are limited and quite inaccurate (SDS-PAGE / Coomassie), all the more so because quantification has to be done before sample preparation. The Big Lunatic enables accurate peptide quantification preceding the LC-MS/MS analysis, leading to higher quantitative accuracies.
