Project description
While state-of-the-art omics-based analysis provide the opportunity to study macromolecules and their expression levels in detail, the enrichment of specific subsets (e.g. by means of ultracentrifugation) is indispensable for obtaining multidimensional (e.g. spatial) insights in OMICS data. Consequently, the ultracentrifuges will act as workhorses for the routine analysis of protein and translation complexes to advance our infection biology research.
