Project description

The Judge and The Historian is a research project that engages in an interdisciplinary and comparative manner with socially relevant subjects where historical argumentation has played a role in the courtroom. Through a combination of research methods from the fields of public and theoretical history and legal theory the forensic context of history is critically questioned and studied.
