Project description
Left-Libertarianism is a theory of social justice which tries to combine Rawlsian Liberal egalitarianism with Nozickean libertarianism. It tries to respect both a conception of negative liberty and an extensive scheme of welfare redistribution. As liberty and equality seem two conflichting ideas, I wonder whether left-libertarianism can ever be a coherent theory of justice.
