Project description

An automated protein purification system fulfills to basic needs. First, a chromatographic system is needed to obtain proteins of high purity to enable elaborate characterisations. Secondly, automatisation is needed for the execution of reproducible and sequential purification of protein variants for their parallel analysis. The requested flexible system accommodates both basic needs.
