Project description

The IVIS Lumina III is equipment for in vivo optical imaging of laboratory animals. This technology makes it possible to monitor non-invasive and longitudinal cells and therapeutic agents in a living animal. Optical imaging is a form of molecular imaging using genetically encoded bioluminescent enzymes (eg Luciferase), fluorescent proteins, and fluorescent, cerenkov and chemiluminescent probes.
