renewable energy manure treatment water treatment
Project description

Research is being conducted towards the treatment of digestate coming from an anaerobic digester (receiving energy crops, animal manure and organic biological waste products) to dischargeable water and a pasteurised dried soil enhancer destined for export. Special attention is being paid to nitrogen mass balances.
