Project description

This project will focus on explaining the recent policy changes in multilateral tax cooperation. We will process trace three key changes at three levels of analysis (domestic, international, transnational) for four leading states (France, UK, US, Germany), identifying the causal mechanisms that determined these changes. This project will be the first to explain these global policy changes from an IPE-perspective.
