Project description
This research aims to enhance the understanding of key drivers of successful forest restoration in the Ecuadorian Andes along an altitudinal gradient from 1800 to 3200 m a.s.l., using a network of observational and experimental plots. The findings will contribute to improving future active restoration programs, helping to mitigate global warming and support native species conservation in the Andean region.
