De bedoeling van het project is het ontwikkelen en het onderzoeken van het marktpotentieel van een monitoringsysteem voor een datacenter. De kernidee van de tool is de latenties van binnenkomende requests te koppelen aan het gebruik van resources in het datacenter, teneinde een kosten-batenanalyse te kunnen verrichten betreffende de geleverde dienst.
