Project description

We will develop and evaluate the market potential of a monitoring mechanism for the datacenter that has the potential to be a holistic monitoring solution that will help optimize day-to-day operations, identify business opportunities, reduce operational expenses, and reduce carbon footprint. The key idea is to monitor the types and the latencies of the requests coming in into the datacenter, and correlate the request stream with the hardware resources used in the datacenter.
