Project description

Benzodiazepines are tranquilizers extremely often prescribed in Belgium. The project aims to train family physicians in the non-pharmacological approach of sleep problems, anxiety and stress, to avoid prescription of benzodiazepins.

Trainer duo’s of a family physician and a psychologist give CBT-based interactive trainig sessions to family physicians ; an interactive e-learning tool has also been developed for the same purpose
