The STARS project involves self-test sensor architectures, with 2 prototype-demonstrators. (1) readout architecture of a pressure sensor

(2) a magnetic Hall sensor.

There are 3 concrete objectives.

A first objective is to reduce the testing time during production. A second objective is reduction of testing costs. A third objective is to provide extra test-functionality.
