Project description

Dysregulation of components of the ubiquitin system has been linked to many diseases including cancer. The present project proposal focuses on the de-ubiquitinases CYLD and A20, which have been established as tumor suppressors, and aims to dissect the precise molecular mechanisms that regulate and mediate their activity.
