In this research a juridical analysis is been made of the children and human rights normative framework and how this is developped and reflected internationally in the law. The common Belgian regulations and law in practice will be the common focus of research and criticial reflections will be made with regard to children's rights (more specific: (non)accompanied minors in practice) implementations.
