Project description
A paradox exists between the number of minors with psychiatric disorders and the limited number of referrals to psychiatric facilities by the juvenile justice system. This paradox can be understood when we gain insight into the decision making processes of juvenile judges. This qualitative study examines the decision making process, based on filestudy, observations and interviews.
