Project description
Defense priming is a sustainable strategy to enhance resistance to plant parasitic nematodes. The aim of this research is to analyze the damage potential of Meloidogyne javanica and Pratylenchus n. sp. In finger millet and of to analyze induced resistance after treatment with beneficial microorganisms. The last step in this research is gene expression analysis in the primed plants.
