Project description

In the context of the gap between the EU and its citizens the lack of a European public sphere (EPS) is often considered as the missing link. This research verifies two competing hyptheses and examines if the intentions of the EU on communication policy and EPS have not been realised due to "not being able to" or "not wanting to".
