Project description

This project investigatse the added value of a novel neurophysiological tool (magnetoencephalography) and a novel imaging tool (high-field-high-resolution-surface-coil-imaging) with regards to their potential to localize the epileptogenic zone in patients with refractory epilepsy, in whom this zone cannot be identified using the currently available presurgical evaluation and to increase the number of patients that can undergo surgery.
