Project description
To enable the valorization of the IL-33 stage via license, a number of important improvements to the fusion protein are still needed to present the IL-33 stage as a potential "best-in-class" candidate drug. A first part of this IOF application focuses on manufacturability, stability, homogeneity, immunogenicity and pharmacokinetic properties. A second cornerstone of the valorization data package will consist of relevant mouse models for human disorders.
