Project description

In this project, we focus on the identification of the genetic basis of a kidney disorder (progressive juvenile nephropathy) and a heart disorder
(tricuspid valve dysplasia) in the dog. Both are spontaneous models for Alport syndrome and tricuspid valve dysplasia in humans, respectively.
